From the first meeting with Daniel, I knew my life would begin to change for the better. Little did I know it would be a complete transformation – body, mind and spirit. I have been working with Daniel since July 2006. I have always exercised but did not know how to “train.” Daniel’s style is so motivational, educational and really fun. He is the true professional!

In April of 2003 I suffered a severe stroke and had left side paralysis. I achieved a 95% recovery. With Daniel’s training, I have improved my balance and strength significantly to almost 100%. I am stronger and healthier than I have been since my teenage years. I am in my mid-50’s and feel better than I have in 20 years.

Daniel’s commitment to his client’s overall health is such a motivator. Every day I see Daniel is exciting and challenging.
