Who doesn’t like a little advice from your favorite crew at Inward Fitness? Some of you know us pretty well. You see us around the gym, we personally train you, or you join our classes. Some of you we see in passing throughout the gym and at our corporate wellness sites, and we don’t get to talk much. First of all, we would always love to get to know you and answer any questions you may have! Second of all, if you need any advice, ask, that is what we are here for! So, get out there and talk to a trainer today. I promise we don’t bite! I went around and collected from our team their pieces of advice that they live by and preach. You heard it here first!

Ashley- “Being present in each moment is very powerful.”

“SMILE, you never know whose day you will make.”

Tayler- “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live in.”

“Someone busier than you is running right now.”

Bridgette- “Your only limitations or obstacles are those you set or put in place for yourself.”

Daniel- “The best way to think about a healthy lifestyle is to have persistent consistence. That’s what it takes to achieve anything in life. Creating a healthy lifestyle and body is no different.”

Jacquelyn- “It is never too late to start. Don’t wait for a new week, start today! Tomorrow you will wish had!”

“Don’t obsess about the number on the scale. It is all about how you feel. The number doesn’t define you.”

One final one I am going to leave you all with. I don’t know who said it, but I hope it inspires you!
