Not everyone has the time to make it to make it to the gym as often as they want. It is understandable, life is busy. We are going to give you three workouts that will kick your butt!

Workout #1

What you’ll need: Superband (these are really inexpensive and great to keep at home for at home workouts). A mat if you want one.

15 Superband Squats
10 Switch Lunges
15 Superband Seated Rows
10 Jump Squats
15 Superband RDLs
10 Modified Burpees
15 Full Sit Ups

X5 Rounds

10 each way Monster Walks
10 per side Wall Sit Leg Raises
10 per side Single Leg V-Ups

X3 Rounds


Workout #2

What you’ll need: A mat.

20 Walking Lunges
10 Push-Up T-Rotation
15 Table Top Crunches
50 Mountain Climbers

X3 Rounds

20 Prisoner Squats
20 Should Taps
15 Leg Raises
20 Lateral Mat Jumps

X3 Rounds

20 Lateral Lunges
15 Chair Tricep Dips
40 Bicycle Crunches
1-minute Plank
X3 Rounds


Workout #3

What you’ll Need: A mat if you want, and a mini band (mini bands are also super inexpensive and useful for home workouts – we have them for sale if you need them).

20 Per Side Pendulum Lunges
20 Miniband Pop Squats
50 Russian Twists
50 Jumping Jacks
1-minute Wall Sit

X4 Rounds

20 Sumo Squats
10 Inch Worm to Push-Ups
20 Kick-Ups
50 Cross-Body Mountain Climbers
30 Second Plank Jack with Mini Band
10 Side Plank Dips Per Side
X4 Rounds
