Fitness Center Management
Having a headquarters of our own in Denver, CO gives us the needed experience to staff and manage a corporate fitness center. Whether the corporate fitness center is purely an amenity or membership driven, having the right collaborative approach of programming, education, engagement and professionalism results in successful operations and management.
We offer on-site, workplace fitness classes averaging 45 minutes in duration that focus on full body exercises. Along with its convenience, we bring the cutting edge of fitness from our gym to the workplace. Our classes can include fitness boot camp, beginner fitness, body blast, zumba, yoga, ski and snowboard conditioning and mat pilates.
Weight Loss and Fitness Challenges
Our weight loss challenge, similar to “The Biggest Loser” concept has had great success not only with local businesses but around the country. The goal is simple: lose as much weight as possible in a certain period of time.
Our pedometer based fitness challenge is an step or walking based program based on achieving as many steps as possible while doing various activities.
Both of the above services utilize our unique and interactive platform online but participants also receive videos, emails, newsletters, workouts, etc. and individual assistance as needed.
Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts and body sensations.
This aspect of wellness has a very low barrier to entry and doesn’t require any special equipment or a specified space. Practicing mindfulness and living in the moment can be life changing and, at the very least, change how you see and experience your life. Our mindfulness program will guide you through aspects such as attention regulation, bodily and emotional awareness, self-awareness, understanding triggers and breathing.
Even though this is listed as a corporate service, the flexibility of this program can also be implemented with teams, schools and individuals.
Wellness and Life Coaching
Wellness and life coaching focuses on the present and future and is action-oriented. It enables participants to come up with their own answers.
Wellness coaching helps participants improve in all areas of wellness – physical, nutritional, mental, emotional, environmental, social, stress management, etc.
