From the first meeting with Daniel, I knew my life would begin to change for the better. Little did I know it would be a complete transformation – body, mind and spirit. I have been working with Daniel since July 2006. I have always exercised but did not know how to “train.” Daniel’s style is so motivational, educational and really fun. He is the true professional!
In April of 2003 I suffered a severe stroke and had left side paralysis. I achieved a 95% recovery. With Daniel’s training, I have improved my balance and strength significantly to almost 100%. I am stronger and healthier than I have been since my teenage years. I am in my mid-50’s and feel better than I have in 20 years.
Daniel’s commitment to his client’s overall health is such a motivator. Every day I see Daniel is exciting and challenging. Without Daniel I would be doing the same thing I had done for years with little to show for it. I now have muscles and strength I thought I was too old to achieve. I thank Daniel for my new found wellness!

After having a baby and feeling my body become something unrecognizable, I thought my goals for toning and weight loss were far fetched. I have worked out a lot in my life and felt like I knew what to do. Sometimes you just need that extra help. Daniel really pushed me, motivated me and helped me achieve my goals. His patience and easy going demeanor are real assets. Once I had my body “back”, I felt so good I had to continue. I look forward to my twice weekly workouts with Daniel.

InWard Motion Rocks! My relationship with Daniel is definitely a Love/Hate relationship. I have always been pretty athletic and healthy.Daniel has taken me to an ENTIRE new level. The nutrition program keeps me losing the pounds and yet eating all day. I have always been a “dieter” and now I eat regular healthy food all day long. The work out program is a blast…definitely hard and for sure challenging. There is never a dull moment between the cardio, weight & strength training. With the Customized Program which he created for me, I have and continue to change my body composition and shape. I LOVE IT!
