While pregnant, I was instructed by my doctor not to work out due to being high risk. This was the longest I’d gone without working out in 10 years! I felt very overwhelmed starting out, but Daniel was (and is!) amazing at keeping me focused and motivated. I’m not back to my pre-pregnancy weight, if not a little smaller, and in the best shape of my life!

InWard Motion changed my life in 2004. I have always been self conscious of my body, mainly my BBL (Belly, Butt & Legs). When Daniel asked me what I wanted to achieve by training, I told him I wanted to work my BBL so that some day I would feel confident wearing shorts. Now in 2007, my confidence has spilled into other parts of my life. Working out with the right fuel (food intake) has changed my mood, energy and confidence. It’s also allowed me to work full-time, finish my undergrad and now enter law school. I will never forget a man who trained in the same studio as I, stopped me in a grocery store parking lot and asked if I was the woman Daniel had jumping and running across the studio! Needless to say, the variety of routines kept me so busy I did not realize what I was doing or how far I have come since my first training session.

Daniel seems to have an unlimited supply of different exercise ideas and a very encouraging attitude to keep the workouts interesting. I’ve been a client of Daniel’s for a year now and I am constantly improving without burnout.

I have been training with Daniel for about a year and a half now (now 5 years!). I appreciate how flexible he is and how he is consistently modifying my program. This can be to meet the needs of different sporting events I’m participating in, to target specific body parts, to accommodate and injury, or just to keep things fresh and challenging. I feel that my time training with Daniel is time very well spent. It has paid big dividends in my overall strength as well as my performance in other sports. Simply put, Daniel is an outstanding trainer!

Working with Daniel (and Bridgette) changed my outlook on competing in fitness. Not only did I have fun leading up to the show, but I felt fully prepared once I was on stage. Daniel is a professional in every since of the word and thorough from beginning to end in competition training.
