Co-Owner/Trainer/Coach I was born in raised in Colorado. As an athlete from a very young age - I competing in gymnastics since the age of 7, went on to attend Columbine High School where I expanded in to Track and Field as well. After graduating high school in 1997, I went to Colorado State University where I ran Track (and met Daniel) and received my Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion and Wellness. In 1998, I began competing in Fitness Competitions, something that I was introduced to by a friend . After my first show, I was hooked! I competing consistently until turning Pro in 2005 and up until I got pregnant with my first daughter (Braelyn) in 2010 and almost six years later in 2016, I had my second lil angel daughter (Jaida). As Denver's go-to trainer for Prenatal and postnatal training; it is my passion to train MOMS! So whether you are a soon-to-be mommy or currently running after kids of all ages - I understand the struggle is real! Having gone through two cesareans, I JUST GET IT - how we have to identify with our pregnant selves, the changing body, and how to identify as being MOM. It's a process and journey we all struggle with, but one that can be a beautiful process should we learn to embrace all the courageous and amazing things we have done with our bodies! I am all about female empowerment. It is my goal to deeply connect with each client and help them find and create the self love we NEED and MUST have at every stage and shape of our lives. Whether you want to tap into that athletic ability for the first time at age 45 or you are just training for the love of fitness and yourself - I will bring that challenge to you and make sure you are having fun throughout that process!
