OUR SELF DEFENSE COURSES

This is NOT a martial arts course and we don’t intend it to be. There are no belts, no rituals. Our courses will teach you what to do when a situation turns bad.


Our courses are for TEENAGE GIRLS AND WOMEN ONLY!


Our courses combine the practices of Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling in a safe and structured environment to facilitate self defense awareness and skill.


We want to empower young girls and women and give confidence to your innate fighting spirit!


Don’t kid yourself, in any good self defense class you need to learn how to fight and get away. In this class you will! Yes it’s physically and emotionally challenging and we will work with you every step of the way. You’ll be taught how to strike properly, what to do if you end up on the ground, what to do in simulated scenarios against a real life padded assailant and more.

OUR SELF DEFENSE

SHORT COURSE

Our short course is 2.5 hours long

In this course you’ll learn the following:


  • What does it mean to be situationally aware?
  • How to use body language and your voice appropriately
  • Where the vital targets are on the body and how to use your body as a weapon
  • Learn how to strike using specific combatives
  • How to stun and incapacitate an attacker
  • Apply what you’ve learned in simulated attacks against a fully padded attacker

OUR SELF DEFENSE

Our short course is 2.5 hours long

In this course you’ll learn the following:

LONG TRAINING

Many participants say the same thing after completing our short course – “So, what do we do now? Can we practice more?”


So if you think the short course sounds good, the long course is even better! For our long course, we meet once a week for four weeks for 75 minutes each time. In addition to the above, we introduce more scenarios and go into more depth with standing and ground skills as well as knife and gun defense.


In this course, we cover everything from the short course but in more detail. You will also have an ample amount of time to review the previous weeks course and practice combatives and scenarios. The more time you spend practicing these skills the more it will become second nature and provide you the confidence you need.

OUR SELF DEFENSE COURSES

HANDS ON PRACTICE

If you’ve completed one of our Self Defense Courses, you’re eligible to participate in our additional hands on practice. When it comes down to it, practicing the skills learned in our courses provides you the ability to work on striking, ground defense, scenarios and simulations against our padded attacker. This is where real progress is made!
